Leadership in Action is a 2 day programme that we run both in house and for a collective group.  It is a two day programme, and in preparation, each participant undertakes a Kouzes and Posner Leadership Practices Inventory – an evaluation as a leader, by those they lead.  This enables a detailed report to be prepared, outlining capabilities and opportunities for leadership development.  This in turn is used as a basis for developing a personal leadership plan.
